In addition, the company offers energy management solutions, including technical audit for optimum power consumption, monitoring utilization of sources of energy and plugging leakage, driving modernization with energy efficient equipment, and integrating non-traditional or alternate sources of energy with reduced carbon dioxide footprint. The company was formerly known as Global Telesystems Ltd. and changed its name to GTL Limited in October 2001. GTL Limited was incorporated in 1987 and is based in Mumbai, India.
